By Phone
Call 1300 362 547 and have your voucher details at the ready
Online at www.cloc.org.au
- Click on the "Purchase Gift Voucher" Button then Nominate value for gift voucher
- Login or Create New Account
- Make Payment
- Print or Save Voucher (note: we are not able to send you a gift voucher via Australia Post)
- Give Voucher to someone deserving of a quality fun night out
How to Redeem
CLOC Gift vouchers can be redeemed at www.cloc.org.au or over the phone on 1300 362 547 during the gift voucher validity period.

Call 1300 362 547 and have your voucher details at the ready
Online at www.cloc.org.au
- Select performance and number of tickets you wish to purchase
- When prompted click "pay with gift voucher"
- Enter voucher details
- If value of tickets is greater than that of the voucher, a payment for the balance via credit card will be required at this time
- Select your delivery method
- Come and join us at the theatre for a fantastic night out
The below Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by CLOC Musical Theatre.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Gift vouchers may only be redeemed by phone (1300 362 547) or on-line (www.cloc.org.au). Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at the performance venue and may not be capable of redemption on the day of the performance.
2. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The gift voucher may only be used for the purchase of tickets during the 3 years following the date of purchase and only in respect of performances for which tickets are made available for sale during that period.
3. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. and non-transferable.. Gift vouchers are redeemable for tickets only, not for cash, food and beverage, merchandise or any other purchases.
4. The value of the gift voucher includes GST and when used, the value will be applied to the ticket price including all GST applicable to the ticket price.
5. If the ticket price of the chosen performance exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference is required to be paid when redeeming the gift voucher.
6. If the ticket price of the chosen performance is less than the value of the gift voucher, the balance will remain available to you to redeem for future ticket purchases within the original 3 year validity period.
7. Any unused balance of the value of the gift voucher will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited when the 3 year validity period expires.
8. Once your gift voucher has been redeemed for a ticket, the ticket is subject to CLOC's other Conditions of Sale. Tickets are not transferable to any other performance, unless the performance for which the tickets were purchased is cancelled.
9. Lost or stolen gift vouchers may not be replaced or refunded.
10. Personal information collected in relation to the gift voucher will be handled in accordance with CLOC's Privacy Policy. By purchasing the gift voucher, you accept the terms of CLOC’s Privacy Policy.
11. If you purchase a gift voucher for another person, you must ensure that that person is aware of these terms and conditions.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria.
